One-to-One Personal Support

Sometimes, podcasts and self-guided tools are a brilliant starting point, but you might find yourself needing a little more space to untangle your thoughts.

If you are exhausted from juggling a million expectations, battling a relentless inner critic, or feeling permanently stuck on a hamster wheel, we are here to sit with your story.

Areas We Can Explore Together

Many of the people we work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who appear to be coping brilliantly on the outside, but are quietly struggling internally. If you are looking for more than just surface-level symptom management, we can help.

Here are some of the common areas we explore in our one-to-one sessions:

Anxiety & Chronic Worry

We help you untangle the persistent 'what-ifs' and constant mental chatter, finding grounded ways to soothe your nervous system when the world feels too loud.

Trauma & Difficult Life Experiences

We offer a compassionate, gently paced approach to processing painful past events, helping you heal the emotional blueprints that continue to impact your present sense of safety.

Perfectionism & High Self-Pressure

If you are exhausted from setting impossibly high standards and constantly fearing failure, we will help you soften those unrelenting expectations and find relief from the pressure.

Relationship Difficulties

Whether you are navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or struggling to communicate your needs, we provide a safe, neutral space to explore and strengthen how you relate to your partner.

Bereavement & Loss

Grief rarely moves in a straight line, and we are here to sit with your story and support you through the heavy, often unspoken realities of losing someone or something you love.

People-Pleasing & Boundary Difficulties

We will explore the fear behind saying 'no', empowering you to stop subjugating your own needs to keep the peace and start setting healthy, guilt-free boundaries.

Repeating Life Patterns

By identifying your core schemas, we help you understand why you keep finding yourself in the same frustrating situations, giving you the tools to finally change the habits of a lifetime.

Family & Interpersonal Challenges

Family dynamics can be complicated and exhausting; we will work together to navigate these complex relationships and establish healthier, more balanced ways of interacting.

Low Self-Esteem & Self-Criticism

Together, we will challenge the demanding inner critic that tells you you aren't quite good enough, helping you build a kinder, more accepting relationship with yourself.

Emotional Overwhelm & Burnout

When you feel permanently stuck on a hamster wheel of doing everything for everyone else, we help you step off, recharge, and reclaim your time and energy.
