Schema Therapists Who Truly Get It
We translate professional psychology into everyday language for your real life.
If you are searching for schema therapists, you might be expecting a clinical room and a doctor with a clipboard asking what is wrong with you. At 2 Together, we do things differently.
We are Tanya and Lisa. We met at university when we were eighteen, living next door to each other in halls of residence. Over the years, our friendship has seen us through relationships, parenting, and all the messy realities of adult life. We also happen to be highly trained psychologists.
We created this space because we saw a massive gap between formal psychology and the everyday struggles women face, like the exhausting juggling act of work and family, or the quiet fear that you are simply not doing enough. You do not need "fixing". You just need a new, compassionate language to understand the tape playing in your head.
Real friendship: We bring our genuine connection and shared curiosity to everything we do.
Professional depth: The engine of our work is grounded in clinical science.
Everyday language: We talk about human stories and habits, not pathology.
Why We Became Schema Therapists Together
Our professional partnership grew naturally from our long-standing friendship. We realised that the trust, honesty, and humour we shared could translate into a powerful way to help others reflect on their lives.
While we are both qualified schema therapists, we deliberately leave the heavy medical jargon at the door. We use our clinical knowledge as the foundation, ensuring everything we share is grounded in solid psychological principles.
In the showroom, however, we talk about the human experience. We look at the stories you tell yourself and the survival strategies that once made sense but now leave you feeling burnt out or stuck. We understand these repeating loops because we have lived them, and we still navigate them ourselves.
